Starting out painting houses right after high school, Charlie worked through college breaks and summers learning the painting trade. Having over 30 years of painting and construction experience, he holds his work to very high standard and needed a logo to match that integrity. The Saltbox is a traditional American architectural design dating back to the 1650's. Charlie sees it as a strong symbol of the types of houses he grew up painting, as well as New England, the place he calls home.
