Join Carl and Thomas for an enriching gathering where men come together to share, connect, and grow through authentic relating and mindfulness practices. Whether you're looking to deepen your relationships, build community, or cultivate inner peace, this gathering is a space for vulnerability, learning, and support.
We’ll begin with a grounding walk on the beach and then gather around a fire for conversation and relating. Light snacks will be served.
If you’re feeling called to attend but nervous, that’s totally normal. Meeting new people, stepping into something unfamiliar—it can feel like a leap. Know you’ll be stepping into a space designed to meet you exactly where you are and as you are. Just bring an open mind and heart.

THOMAS
Carl Lindgren is standing on the shoulders of his ancestors as a steward of regenerating our shared built environment and land, while connecting bodies, hearts, and minds. During the last 5 years of traveling and learning the techniques of natural building and regenerative agroecological landscaping, he deepened his relationship with embodiment and mindfulness modalities, and learned to meet the intensely physical nature of the building world with awareness, patience and compassion. He has returned to where he grew up to walk in service to the transition of living in reciprocal relationship with each other and the Earth by creating sanctuaries of healing and facilitating immersive experiences into the correlation between our bodies and the land around us.
Thomas Murphy is a curious and imaginative adventurer. Recently, Thomas has been in a phase of purification and transformation in his life and is now entering what he calls his "wizard-in-training era". During this transformation, the Gene Keys have helped to anchor and ground him as his higher purpose begins to emerge. After integrating the lessons from the self-guided Gene Keys "Golden Path", he has begun guiding others on that path. The Gene Keys offer a gentle path to awakening one's higher purpose.
Thomas is also deeply passionate about men's work and is currently gathering a group called "The Green Man Brotherhood: A brotherhood where men gather to attain spiritual maturity through community".
